Hyperspectral imaging using the hyperspectral Specim IQ camera (Specim Imaging Ltd., Oulu, Finland) in a dark room. 
Maturity data was collected after imaging using the following instruments: Firmness - Llyod LRX, UK and GÜSS, South Africa, Brix - portable benchtop palette series, model PR-32α and pocket PAL series, model PAL-1,and starch - spray or dip in a potassium iodide solution and record the staining percentage.
